What payment options do you have?
You can pay for your purchases using any major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, or by cheque (UK only)


How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders despatched using our standard tracked delivery service are delivered by Royal Mail, and should arrive within 2 to 3 working days

We are currently also offering a FREE delivery option for a limited time on all orders within the UK. The delivery time for this free service 3-5 working days. If you need you order faster, please choose the standard 2-3 days delivery option.

We may also be able to offer Royal Mail Special delivery - Guaranteed Next Day service. Though this can only be arranged if you call our office before 2pm, and only if we are not too busy.

What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery for UK orders is charged at £3.95.


Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we are only able to deliver to customers in the UK and Ireland.
However we do have stores in other countries. Please visit www.lemongrasshouse.com for further details.



Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses. Please ensure when completing your order form the address is as detailed as possible to ensure correct delivery.


Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone on 01427 615010, please contact us where our operators will be happy to help you. There might be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone, but we can usually advise on suitable alternatives.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch we should be able to change it for you. Due to the small window of opportunity to affect any requests to change a delivery address on an order already placed, we would advise that you call rather than e-mail to ensure your request is dealt with urgently.



What is your refund/exchange policy?

We aim to ensure that the goods in this parcel reach you in perfect condition. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know, please either contact us or see our returns page

Does your process include VAT?
Yes, lemongrasshouse.co.uk always shows prices that include VAT when applicable. As goods are dispatched from our head office in the United Kingdom, UK VAT rates always apply, which are currently 20%
